Selling the family home is difficult at any time, and more so when you have to do it during Probate. But your professionalism, knowledge and tremendous help in the sale of our mom's properties made the process much easier.  You understood our emotional upheaval and sometimes unrealistic real estate thoughts. 

You are honest and caring, even if it meant we needed to hear some things we didn't want to acknowledge (prices/best way to show the properties), and would still continue to work with what we wanted: this resulted in a perfect compromise being created. 

You went out of your way to help us clean and prepare the properties for the best results, and you went out of your way to ensure the sales were as quick as possible while easing the emotional strain on my sister and I. You totally understood what we were going through, and never pushed. 

Your knowledge on probates as well as the current real estate markets certainly came in handy to guide us with what we had to do.  I would definitely and highly recommend you for any type of real estate sales, as you are able to handle the emotional trauma the sellers are going through while maintaining professionalism and providing excellent real estate advice and service.

We CANNOT give enough praise for Robyn and Brenda! Selling my condo in Toronto could have been very complex and stressful as I was living in Los Angeles at the time, and had a fully furnished condo with a tenant. But Brenda went above and beyond to make it as seamless and easy as possible, including dealing with the condo property manager, the tenant, and the property manager I hired to manage the tenant. She took care of all the details, including many I did not even think of, that I could not have done being out of the country. And she provided excellent strategic advice on setting the asking price (based on her knowledge of the market and Annex neighbourhood) and negotiating the final sale. When you become a house owner, you often find promotional material in your mailbox and you think to yourself: how will I ever trust someone to sell my home? I found myself traveling and far from home when we made a decision to sell our home. My son recommended his former classmate, Kitty Chan, who grew up in our neighborhood. I met Kitty when she was 12 and I have not seen her or spoken to her since, but because my son trusted her, I decided that i should trust her too. We embarked on a journey of selling my first home and I couldn't have been happier about my choice! We were away during the entire sale process and Kitty handled everything. And I mean EVERYTHING! Dear Seller/Buyer:

We initially contacted Brenda looking for an estimate of our home's current market value. Brenda very graciously met with us and prepared a very detailed comparison of the recent sales in our area.  She totally understood that we were "empty nesters", and not really wanting to down size, yet she took the time to politely answer all of our questions. Brenda suggested that if we wanted to keep an eye out for what was happening in the Condo Market in our preferred locations, she could send us the listings and if we were curious enough to want to see any of the units, to just let her know.

We expected that it would take years to find a suitable property.  But, to our complete amazement we found one within two months of beginning our "search"; and Brenda sold our home within one week.

We were never made to feel that we were imposing on her time.  Brenda always made herself available, almost instantly, even when she was on personal vacation time; and never left us wanting for any assistance. She stood by our side and guided us through the entire buy and sell process.  We listened to her advice all the way.  Her decorator and photographer did a super amazing job for us. They were bang on.

We would and have recommended Brenda and her team in a heart beat.  She will "Grant your realty wishes".

The office team produced many lovely documents for the sale of our home and the contact team were always so very polite and pleasant to speak with. We are thrilled to have chosen Brenda Grant and her team.  Most importantly, the stress was at a bear minimum and she was bang on with all of her advise.
