I had Brenda's team recommended to me by a friend who had a very positive experience with her working at my building some years ago.

From the first moment my wife and I were introduced to Brenda and Kitty, we immediately were impressed with their portfolio of earlier sold properties and by their recommendations on how they would propose to market our property for fast sale and hopefully, for the price we would be happy with.

When my Mother passed away, I was faced with selling her house. I was also faced with finding homes for her 2 cats. Brenda was highly recommended by several friends and neighbors. We had one open house and my Mom's house was sold for top price within 2 days. She explained all the legal aspects of estate sales and probate and she looked after every little detail, including staging, and even helped with finding homes for the cats. Her photographer took superb pictures.

One month later, when my husband was forced into early retirement, we decided to sell our house, downsize and move out of the city, so we called on Brenda a second time. She gave us the same great service and got our house on the market right away.
After a few open house sessions we sold at very close to our asking price. She made it a lot easier than we thought it would be.

Brenda's Customer Service skills are superb. She is especailly knowledgeable with respect to downsizing and dealing with probate issues. Brenda was always prompt to answer all phone calls and emails and we found her to be very sensitive and caring during our trying times.

Selling the family home is difficult at any time, and more so when you have to do it during Probate. But your professionalism, knowledge and tremendous help in the sale of our mom's properties made the process much easier.  You understood our emotional upheaval and sometimes unrealistic real estate thoughts. 

You are honest and caring, even if it meant we needed to hear some things we didn't want to acknowledge (prices/best way to show the properties), and would still continue to work with what we wanted: this resulted in a perfect compromise being created. 

You went out of your way to help us clean and prepare the properties for the best results, and you went out of your way to ensure the sales were as quick as possible while easing the emotional strain on my sister and I. You totally understood what we were going through, and never pushed.

We interviewed quite a few agents before we landed with the Brenda Grant team, and we were glad we made the decision to partner with them. They knew our area, the market, and the process inside out, and they worked with our constraints to build a strategy to best fit our needs and situation.

They are a versatile team who don't over-promise, but instead set realistic expectations and over-deliver.

For us it also took only 8 days from contracting the Brenda Grant team, to selling our home with a great price (3 days to stage, paint, repair, and 5 days on the market), with a very short notice, and despite the changing market conditions.

We CANNOT give enough praise for Robyn and Brenda! At the end of November I used Kitty Chan who is part of the Brenda Grant Realty team to help me find a tenant to rent a house in Don Mills. She went beyond all my expectations. Brenda knew how to price the rental. Two days after it was listed she found a wonderful couple, did a thorough background check and completed all the paperwork. She was so professional and pleasant through the whole process. Brenda did a great job helping my daughter find a beautiful condo as well. I will definitely use her for all my future real estate needs
