My daughter and her partner were looking for a condo in the North York and Markham areas.  As first time home buyers they were anxious to find a professional real estate agent that was knowledgeable of the real estate market and the rights they were eligible for being first time home buyers. They were also looking for a place that allowed two dogs. 

Brenda listened carefully to my daughter and what she was looking for in a condo. She provided many options and worked around our schedule. She was very generous with her time. 

One thing I believe sets her apart from other agents is her work ethic, perseverance and how much she truly cares about her clients. She worked long hours  trying to find condos that allowed two dogs.
