I had Brenda's team recommended to me by a friend who had a very positive experience with her working at my building some years ago.

From the first moment my wife and I were introduced to Brenda and Kitty, we immediately were impressed with their portfolio of earlier sold properties and by their recommendations on how they would propose to market our property for fast sale and hopefully, for the price we would be happy with.

They made several correct suggestions for us to make minor renovations and when we agreed, they immediately provided the trades to perform the repairs which were fast and nicely done within a week.

Afterwards, they staged the property with their furniture.
As a result we had 53 showings in one week as well as received 10 (ten!) offers; we have selected the best one; it was sold in ONE week! And at a higher price than we expected!

When my Mother passed away, I was faced with selling her house. I was also faced with finding homes for her 2 cats. Brenda was highly recommended by several friends and neighbors. We had one open house and my Mom's house was sold for top price within 2 days. She explained all the legal aspects of estate sales and probate and she looked after every little detail, including staging, and even helped with finding homes for the cats. Her photographer took superb pictures.

One month later, when my husband was forced into early retirement, we decided to sell our house, downsize and move out of the city, so we called on Brenda a second time. She gave us the same great service and got our house on the market right away.
After a few open house sessions we sold at very close to our asking price. She made it a lot easier than we thought it would be.

Brenda's Customer Service skills are superb. She is especailly knowledgeable with respect to downsizing and dealing with probate issues. Brenda was always prompt to answer all phone calls and emails and we found her to be very sensitive and caring during our trying times.

I just want to thank you for doing a superb job in representing me in the selling of my friend's house.  My friend died and I am her executrix.  She was like a second mother to me so this was overwhelming for many reasons not the least of which was the emotional side of things.   I have to admit I felt pretty green going in. Selling the family home is difficult at any time, and more so when you have to do it during Probate. But your professionalism, knowledge and tremendous help in the sale of our mom's properties made the process much easier.  You understood our emotional upheaval and sometimes unrealistic real estate thoughts. 

You are honest and caring, even if it meant we needed to hear some things we didn't want to acknowledge (prices/best way to show the properties), and would still continue to work with what we wanted: this resulted in a perfect compromise being created.
