She took care of all the details, including many I did not even think of, that I could not have done being out of the country. Dear Seller/Buyer:

We initially contacted Brenda looking for an estimate of our home's current market value. Brenda very graciously met with us and prepared a very detailed comparison of the recent sales in our area.  She totally understood that we were "empty nesters", and not really wanting to down size, yet she took the time to politely answer all of our questions. Brenda suggested that if we wanted to keep an eye out for what was happening in the Condo Market in our preferred locations, she could send us the listings and if we were curious enough to want to see any of the units, to just let her know.

We expected that it would take years to find a suitable property.  But, to our complete amazement we found one within two months of beginning our "search"; and Brenda sold our home within one week.

We were never made to feel that we were imposing on her time.  Brenda always made herself available, almost instantly, even when she was on personal vacation time; and never left us wanting for any assistance. When my Mother passed away, I was faced with selling her house. I was also faced with finding homes for her 2 cats. Brenda was highly recommended by several friends and neighbors. We had one open house and my Mom's house was sold for top price within 2 days. She explained all the legal aspects of estate sales and probate and she looked after every little detail, including staging, and even helped with finding homes for the cats. Her photographer took superb pictures.

One month later, when my husband was forced into early retirement, we decided to sell our house, downsize and move out of the city, so we called on Brenda a second time. She gave us the same great service and got our house on the market right away.
After a few open house sessions we sold at very close to our asking price. She made it a lot easier than we thought it would be.

Brenda's Customer Service skills are superb. She is especailly knowledgeable with respect to downsizing and dealing with probate issues. Brenda was always prompt to answer all phone calls and emails and we found her to be very sensitive and caring during our trying times.
