We initially contacted Brenda looking for an estimate of our home's current market value. Brenda very graciously met with us and prepared a very detailed comparison of the recent sales in our area.  She totally understood that we were "empty nesters", and not really wanting to down size, yet she took the time to politely answer all of our questions. Kitty Chan is an amazing real estate agent. We were very lucky to work with her. She gave us very useful advice in the beginning of the process on what documents to have ready before we even started looking at places to rent.
