Kitty Chan is an amazing real estate agent. We were very lucky to work with her. She gave us very useful advice in the beginning of the process on what documents to have ready before we even started looking at places to rent.

Kitty worked with the landlords' agents on our behalf and prepped all necessary documents in a very professional and timely manner.
