We were first time home buyers in Toronto, and had other realtors that we were considering when met Brenda. Some agents came from referrals. But after all the interviews, we felt that Brenda was the right fit for us, and we were not disappointed! 

Brenda is very professional yet quite personal and thoughtful, what impressed us the most is that, she has a wide range of network and an amazing team, that made things happen for us.

We really believe that we would not have found our dream home in our competitive neighborhood without Brenda!

There were barely any listings that met our expectations in our chosen area, we thought it would take a very long time to find "the house" here. Then wow Brenda found us the dream house within weeks through her network! She said she specializes in this area and she proved it right!

When my Mother passed away, I was faced with selling her house. I was also faced with finding homes for her 2 cats. Brenda was highly recommended by several friends and neighbors. We had one open house and my Mom's house was sold for top price within 2 days. She explained all the legal aspects of estate sales and probate and she looked after every little detail, including staging, and even helped with finding homes for the cats. Her photographer took superb pictures.

One month later, when my husband was forced into early retirement, we decided to sell our house, downsize and move out of the city, so we called on Brenda a second time. She gave us the same great service and got our house on the market right away.
After a few open house sessions we sold at very close to our asking price. She made it a lot easier than we thought it would be.

Brenda's Customer Service skills are superb. She is especailly knowledgeable with respect to downsizing and dealing with probate issues. Brenda was always prompt to answer all phone calls and emails and we found her to be very sensitive and caring during our trying times.
