Selling my condo in Toronto could have been very complex and stressful as I was living in Los Angeles at the time, and had a fully furnished condo with a tenant. But Brenda went above and beyond to make it as seamless and easy as possible, including dealing with the condo property manager, the tenant, and the property manager I hired to manage the tenant. She took care of all the details, including many I did not even think of, that I could not have done being out of the country. And she provided excellent strategic advice on setting the asking price (based on her knowledge of the market and Annex neighbourhood) and negotiating the final sale. Selling the family home is difficult at any time, and more so when you have to do it during Probate. But your professionalism, knowledge and tremendous help in the sale of our mom's properties made the process much easier.  You understood our emotional upheaval and sometimes unrealistic real estate thoughts. 

You are honest and caring, even if it meant we needed to hear some things we didn't want to acknowledge (prices/best way to show the properties), and would still continue to work with what we wanted: this resulted in a perfect compromise being created.
