Kitty worked with the landlords' agents on our behalf and prepped all necessary documents in a very professional and timely manner. She walked me through all the documents and explained what they were and why they were needed, which was very useful for someone from the US trying to rent an apartment in Toronto for the first time.

Selling my condo in Toronto could have been very complex and stressful as I was living in Los Angeles at the time, and had a fully furnished condo with a tenant. But Brenda went above and beyond to make it as seamless and easy as possible, including dealing with the condo property manager, the tenant, and the property manager I hired to manage the tenant. She took care of all the details, including many I did not even think of, that I could not have done being out of the country. My daughter and her partner were looking for a condo in the North York and Markham areas.  As first time home buyers they were anxious to find a professional real estate agent that was knowledgeable of the real estate market and the rights they were eligible for being first time home buyers.
