We initially contacted Brenda looking for an estimate of our home's current market value. Brenda very graciously met with us and prepared a very detailed comparison of the recent sales in our area.  She totally understood that we were "empty nesters", and not really wanting to down size, yet she took the time to politely answer all of our questions. When you become a house owner, you often find promotional material in your mailbox and you think to yourself: how will I ever trust someone to sell my home? I found myself traveling and far from home when we made a decision to sell our home. My son recommended his former classmate, Kitty Chan, who grew up in our neighborhood.
