But Brenda went above and beyond to make it as seamless and easy as possible, including dealing with the condo property manager, the tenant, and the property manager I hired to manage the tenant. She took care of all the details, including many I did not even think of, that I could not have done being out of the country. Selling the family home is difficult at any time, and more so when you have to do it during Probate. But your professionalism, knowledge and tremendous help in the sale of our mom's properties made the process much easier.  You understood our emotional upheaval and sometimes unrealistic real estate thoughts.
