Kitty Chan is an amazing real estate agent. We were very lucky to work with her. She gave us very useful advice in the beginning of the process on what documents to have ready before we even started looking at places to rent.

Kitty worked with the landlords' agents on our behalf and prepped all necessary documents in a very professional and timely manner. She walked me through all the documents and explained what they were and why they were needed, which was very useful for someone from the US trying to rent an apartment in Toronto for the first time.

I found myself traveling and far from home when we made a decision to sell our home. My son recommended his former classmate, Kitty Chan, who grew up in our neighborhood. I met Kitty when she was 12 and I have not seen her or spoken to her since, but because my son trusted her, I decided that i should trust her too.
