My girlfriend and I have moved from Ukraine to Toronto. We didn’t have a credit score and enough references in Canada so it was very hard to find an apartment. But thanks to Kitty Chan we found the apartment in a few days, and everything was smooth. I can strongly recommend her if you need an agent.

When my Mother passed away, I was faced with selling her house. I was also faced with finding homes for her 2 cats. Brenda was highly recommended by several friends and neighbors. We had one open house and my Mom's house was sold for top price within 2 days. She explained all the legal aspects of estate sales and probate and she looked after every little detail, including staging, and even helped with finding homes for the cats.
