You were quite flexible with your schedule and made it possible for me to see the unit before most other people. You provided me with lots of background materials for me to determine an appropriate offer amount. With regards to paperwork, you had everything ready so that when I wanted to act quickly, you had the capacity to make it possible. Any questions I had were answered promptly and any concerns you had, you flagged for me. For all these reasons, I feel incredibly blessed to have had you as my realtor as I went about buying my first home.

I had Brenda's team recommended to me by a friend who had a very positive experience with her working at my building some years ago.

From the first moment my wife and I were introduced to Brenda and Kitty, we immediately were impressed with their portfolio of earlier sold properties and by their recommendations on how they would propose to market our property for fast sale and hopefully, for the price we would be happy with.

They made several correct suggestions for us to make minor renovations and when we agreed, they immediately provided the trades to perform the repairs which were fast and nicely done within a week.
