When you become a house owner, you often find promotional material in your mailbox and you think to yourself: how will I ever trust someone to sell my home? I found myself traveling and far from home when we made a decision to sell our home. My son recommended his former classmate, Kitty Chan, who grew up in our neighborhood. I met Kitty when she was 12 and I have not seen her or spoken to her since, but because my son trusted her, I decided that i should trust her too. When my Mother passed away, I was faced with selling her house. I was also faced with finding homes for her 2 cats. Brenda was highly recommended by several friends and neighbors. We had one open house and my Mom's house was sold for top price within 2 days. She explained all the legal aspects of estate sales and probate and she looked after every little detail, including staging, and even helped with finding homes for the cats. Her photographer took superb pictures.

One month later, when my husband was forced into early retirement, we decided to sell our house, downsize and move out of the city, so we called on Brenda a second time. She gave us the same great service and got our house on the market right away.
