We initially contacted Brenda looking for an estimate of our home's current market value. Brenda very graciously met with us and prepared a very detailed comparison of the recent sales in our area.  She totally understood that we were "empty nesters", and not really wanting to down size, yet she took the time to politely answer all of our questions. When my Mother passed away, I was faced with selling her house. I was also faced with finding homes for her 2 cats. Brenda was highly recommended by several friends and neighbors. We had one open house and my Mom's house was sold for top price within 2 days. She explained all the legal aspects of estate sales and probate and she looked after every little detail, including staging, and even helped with finding homes for the cats.
