Selling my condo in Toronto could have been very complex and stressful as I was living in Los Angeles at the time, and had a fully furnished condo with a tenant. But Brenda went above and beyond to make it as seamless and easy as possible, including dealing with the condo property manager, the tenant, and the property manager I hired to manage the tenant. She took care of all the details, including many I did not even think of, that I could not have done being out of the country.
