Regarding Brenda Grant

I am privileged to provide a testimonial on behalf of Brenda Grant whom I have known for over a half a dozen years.
As an ex-Torontonian, I have resided in Jupiter Florida for thirty-four years. Approximately six years ago I began speaking with Brenda regarding the eventual sale of my elderly father's home in North York. When my Mother passed away, I was faced with selling her house. I was also faced with finding homes for her 2 cats. Brenda was highly recommended by several friends and neighbors. We had one open house and my Mom's house was sold for top price within 2 days. She explained all the legal aspects of estate sales and probate and she looked after every little detail, including staging, and even helped with finding homes for the cats. Her photographer took superb pictures.

One month later, when my husband was forced into early retirement, we decided to sell our house, downsize and move out of the city, so we called on Brenda a second time. She gave us the same great service and got our house on the market right away.
After a few open house sessions we sold at very close to our asking price. She made it a lot easier than we thought it would be.

Brenda's Customer Service skills are superb. She is especailly knowledgeable with respect to downsizing and dealing with probate issues. Brenda was always prompt to answer all phone calls and emails and we found her to be very sensitive and caring during our trying times.

We would highly recommend Brenda to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent. We now consider her a friend that we can call on anytime.
