Dear Seller/Buyer:

We initially contacted Brenda looking for an estimate of our home's current market value. Brenda very graciously met with us and prepared a very detailed comparison of the recent sales in our area.  She totally understood that we were "empty nesters", and not really wanting to down size, yet she took the time to politely answer all of our questions. Brenda suggested that if we wanted to keep an eye out for what was happening in the Condo Market in our preferred locations, she could send us the listings and if we were curious enough to want to see any of the units, to just let her know.

We expected that it would take years to find a suitable property.  But, to our complete amazement we found one within two months of beginning our "search"; and Brenda sold our home within one week.

We were never made to feel that we were imposing on her time.  Brenda always made herself available, almost instantly, even when she was on personal vacation time; and never left us wanting for any assistance. They were bang on.

The office team produced many lovely documents for the sale of our home and the contact team were always so very polite and pleasant to speak with.
