Selling the family home is difficult at any time, and more so when you have to do it during Probate. But your professionalism, knowledge and tremendous help in the sale of our mom's properties made the process much easier.  You understood our emotional upheaval and sometimes unrealistic real estate thoughts. 

You are honest and caring, even if it meant we needed to hear some things we didn't want to acknowledge (prices/best way to show the properties), and would still continue to work with what we wanted: this resulted in a perfect compromise being created. 

You went out of your way to help us clean and prepare the properties for the best results, and you went out of your way to ensure the sales were as quick as possible while easing the emotional strain on my sister and I. You totally understood what we were going through, and never pushed. 

Your knowledge on probates as well as the current real estate markets certainly came in handy to guide us with what we had to do.  I would definitely and highly recommend you for any type of real estate sales, as you are able to handle the emotional trauma the sellers are going through while maintaining professionalism and providing excellent real estate advice and service.
