I just want to thank you for doing a superb job in representing me in the selling of my friend's house.  My friend died and I am her executrix.  She was like a second mother to me so this was overwhelming for many reasons not the least of which was the emotional side of things.   I have to admit I felt pretty green going in. The lawyer for the estate recommended you to me and friends urged me to consult other agents to do comparisons.  I did consult other agents but I didn't feel the chemistry I felt when I met you.  I just knew in my heart that you were the person who had the understanding, the professionalism, and experience to guide me through this.  I felt that you went above and beyond in all aspects.  You did an outstanding job of explaining everything to me, staging the house and, of course, selling it in record time. My daughter and her partner were looking for a condo in the North York and Markham areas.  As first time home buyers they were anxious to find a professional real estate agent that was knowledgeable of the real estate market and the rights they were eligible for being first time home buyers. They were also looking for a place that allowed two dogs.

When you become a house owner, you often find promotional material in your mailbox and you think to yourself: how will I ever trust someone to sell my home? I found myself traveling and far from home when we made a decision to sell our home. My son recommended his former classmate, Kitty Chan, who grew up in our neighborhood.
