My daughter and her partner were looking for a condo in the North York and Markham areas.  As first time home buyers they were anxious to find a professional real estate agent that was knowledgeable of the real estate market and the rights they were eligible for being first time home buyers. Selling the family home is difficult at any time, and more so when you have to do it during Probate.
