When you become a house owner, you often find promotional material in your mailbox and you think to yourself: how will I ever trust someone to sell my home? I found myself traveling and far from home when we made a decision to sell our home. My son recommended his former classmate, Kitty Chan, who grew up in our neighborhood. I met Kitty when she was 12 and I have not seen her or spoken to her since, but because my son trusted her, I decided that i should trust her too. We embarked on a journey of selling my first home and I couldn't have been happier about my choice! We were away during the entire sale process and Kitty handled everything. And I mean EVERYTHING! From hiring the inspector; the tradespeople; to making recommendations for things to do, to making the house more marketable like scheduling the cleaning and staging. She did it all.
