We CANNOT give enough praise for Robyn and Brenda! We are first-time owners, and Robyn and Brenda were everything we could have hoped for (and more!) in making the experience a smooth one with no additional surprises. We worked primarily with Robyn. She was upfront, honest, incredibly hard-working and committed, and did not shy away from playing hardball on our behalf when needed. We were very comfortable communicating our wants and dislikes with her, and we found the perfect condo within two days of site visits. Within two weeks of that, we negotiated and finalized an offer. Selling the family home is difficult at any time, and more so when you have to do it during Probate. But your professionalism, knowledge and tremendous help in the sale of our mom's properties made the process much easier.  You understood our emotional upheaval and sometimes unrealistic real estate thoughts.
