Brenda GrantBroker of Record
As the Broker of Record for the Brenda Grant Team, I strive every day to ensure that all of our team members have the support and guidance they need to live up to our team promise of providing our clients with the absolute best service that we can deliver. My role as team leader is to make sure that, regardless of whether you work with me, Hedi, Robyn or Kitty, you receive the same, consistent, high level of service and results for which our team is known. Delivering the best possible experience to clients has been my primary focus since Day One. I have been in the real estate business for more than 25 years now, starting out more than two decades ago as a real estate investor. Buying and selling my own properties gave me a sound understanding of how the business worked and how to get the best deal when both buying and selling. For more than a decade now, I have been dedicating myself to helping my clients benefit from years of personal experience. It has always been my personal goal to not only make the process successful but also as stress-free as possible for my clients. That is now our team goal. We know that buying and selling a home is a very emotional experience fraught with many potential pitfalls. There are so many “moving parts” to a real estate transaction. It is important to know how to manage those successfully for the best possible outcome. We genuinely care about our clients and are with them, by their side, every step of the way, making sure that the process runs smoothly. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, full-service, effective, compassionate and empathetic realtor, we are here to help. Please don’t hesitate to give me a call.

Before I turned my personal interest in real estate and home design into my career, my work history was saturated in the sciences; my other love. I completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and part of a Masters focused primarily in Public Health and Health Education. Throughout my studies, I worked in medical research for several years, serving different research teams at Toronto Western Hospital and York University. From this work, I had three publications in scientific journals. While working on my Masters degree, I deeply sensed that continuing forward with that degree was not going to serve me and my goals. At that point, I transitioned into the industry I was always interested in and curious about - Real Estate. It has truly been a privilege to be entrusted with the biggest purchase most people ever make in their lives. What I love, in particular, about my work is the contribution I get to make to individuals and families who are navigating the multitude of decisions that are involved in each real estate transaction. While the sciences will always be a part of my life as a deep interest and curiosity, I look forward to the future chapters In my life-long career in Real Estate! Besides work, I am also a mother of two, an avid podcast junky, a nature girl, a yoga lover, and a bookworm. I love consuming content ranging from health and the sciences to spirituality and philosophy. A personal passion of mine is to build a large greenhouse in my backyard to be able to feed my family and local community with fresh fruits and vegetables throughout the year.

Born in Hong Kong and raised in Toronto, I spent the early years of my youth helping out at my family’s restaurant. Immersed in customer service at such a young age, I developed a natural propensity for hospitality. Innately this led me to the start of my career in the hospitality industry where I graduated from George Brown College for Culinary Management. From then on, I worked at many prestigious establishments such as Pangaea Restaurant, Four Seasons Hotel, Nota Bene, Hy’s Steakhouse and Oliver & Bonacini. In 2020, the pandemic forced a change for everyone. Rather than dwelling on the negative aspects of that change, I took it as an opportunity to pursue my other interest, real estate. While studying for my real estate license, I worked as an Administrator for The Brenda Grant Team and gained invaluable experience. Now that I have my license, I am putting that experience to good use in helping my clients through the often stressful and daunting task of buying and selling homes. I am proud of my past and looking forward to the future and continuing to apply my abilities to help clients achieve their dreams.

Born and raised in Toronto, I am a mother to an amazing two and a half year old daughter, Margot. She inspires me to work hard and achieve my goals every day. Those goals used to be focused on my career in the hospitality industry. But, after fifteen years in that business, I wrapped up that chapter of my life at the top of my game as assistant general manager at the prestigious Canoe Restaurant & Bar, consistently voted one of Canada’s top restaurants. I now focus on bringing the same exceptional service and customer satisfaction to real estate...knowing that selling or purchasing a home is likely the most important financial investment a person or family will make. I have been a member of the Brenda Grant Team for many years now. I started out as an administrative assistant for our team leader, Brenda Grant, a successful and trusted Royal LePage Signature Broker and received invaluable hands-on experience, while obtaining my license. As a realtor I have applied my years of experience in the business to help my clients navigate through the often daunting and complicated process of buying and selling homes. Our team specializes in helping people with their real estate needs throughout the GTA. I look forward to helping you with yours.
