We had a fantastic experience with this team and particularly our agent Robyn Muise.  Robyn truly went above and beyond to find us the condo we were looking for, even writing a letter outlining which units we were interested in and distributing them throughout our preferred building.  Being in BC, I thought it would be very stressful to buy property in Ontario but Robyn and the team made the process seamless and effortless.  Highly recommend!

When my Mother passed away, I was faced with selling her house. I was also faced with finding homes for her 2 cats. Brenda was highly recommended by several friends and neighbors. We had one open house and my Mom's house was sold for top price within 2 days. She explained all the legal aspects of estate sales and probate and she looked after every little detail, including staging, and even helped with finding homes for the cats. Her photographer took superb pictures.

One month later, when my husband was forced into early retirement, we decided to sell our house, downsize and move out of the city, so we called on Brenda a second time. She gave us the same great service and got our house on the market right away.
After a few open house sessions we sold at very close to our asking price. She made it a lot easier than we thought it would be.

Brenda's Customer Service skills are superb. She is especailly knowledgeable with respect to downsizing and dealing with probate issues. Brenda was always prompt to answer all phone calls and emails and we found her to be very sensitive and caring during our trying times.
