At the end of November I used Kitty Chan who is part of the Brenda Grant Realty team to help me find a tenant to rent a house in Don Mills. She went beyond all my expectations. Brenda knew how to price the rental. Two days after it was listed she found a wonderful couple, did a thorough background check and completed all the paperwork. When my Mother passed away, I was faced with selling her house. I was also faced with finding homes for her 2 cats. Brenda was highly recommended by several friends and neighbors. We had one open house and my Mom's house was sold for top price within 2 days. She explained all the legal aspects of estate sales and probate and she looked after every little detail, including staging, and even helped with finding homes for the cats. Her photographer took superb pictures.

One month later, when my husband was forced into early retirement, we decided to sell our house, downsize and move out of the city, so we called on Brenda a second time. She gave us the same great service and got our house on the market right away.
