      We are a tight-knit group of real estate professionals dedicated to helping our clients navigate through what is typically one of the most stressful and daunting processes they will ever face - that of buying or selling real estate. We are full-service realtors who are by our clients' side, advising them, guiding them and helping them from start to finish.


      Our team leader, Brenda Grant, has been in the business for almost two decades and has built a solid foundation for the team primarily on referrals. Her goal has always been to take exceptional care of her clients so they are clients for life and are more than happy to actively refer their friends, family, and colleagues to her.       When my Mother passed away, I was faced with selling her house. I was also faced with finding homes for her 2 cats. Brenda was highly recommended by several friends and neighbors. We had one open house and my Mom's house was sold for top price within 2 days. She explained all the legal aspects of estate sales and probate and she looked after every little detail, including staging, and even helped with finding homes for the cats. Her photographer took superb pictures.

      One month later, when my husband was forced into early retirement, we decided to sell our house, downsize and move out of the city, so we called on Brenda a second time. She gave us the same great service and got our house on the market right away.
      After a few open house sessions we sold at very close to our asking price. She made it a lot easier than we thought it would be.

      Brenda's Customer Service skills are superb. She is especailly knowledgeable with respect to downsizing and dealing with probate issues. Brenda was always prompt to answer all phone calls and emails and we found her to be very sensitive and caring during our trying times.
