At the end of November I used Kitty Chan who is part of the Brenda Grant Realty team to help me find a tenant to rent a house in Don Mills. She went beyond all my expectations. My daughter and her partner were looking for a condo in the North York and Markham areas.  As first time home buyers they were anxious to find a professional real estate agent that was knowledgeable of the real estate market and the rights they were eligible for being first time home buyers. They were also looking for a place that allowed two dogs.
