Selling my condo in Toronto could have been very complex and stressful as I was living in Los Angeles at the time, and had a fully furnished condo with a tenant. But Brenda went above and beyond to make it as seamless and easy as possible, including dealing with the condo property manager, the tenant, and the property manager I hired to manage the tenant. She took care of all the details, including many I did not even think of, that I could not have done being out of the country. And she provided excellent strategic advice on setting the asking price (based on her knowledge of the market and Annex neighbourhood) and negotiating the final sale.
