Kitty Chan is an amazing real estate agent. We were very lucky to work with her. She gave us very useful advice in the beginning of the process on what documents to have ready before we even started looking at places to rent.

Kitty worked with the landlords' agents on our behalf and prepped all necessary documents in a very professional and timely manner. She walked me through all the documents and explained what they were and why they were needed, which was very useful for someone from the US trying to rent an apartment in Toronto for the first time.

Kitty was very patient and accommodating during apartment showings as well, as I myself couldn't be there. All in all, she made this process as smooth as it can be. So, I highly recommend her services!

We initially contacted Brenda looking for an estimate of our home's current market value. Brenda very graciously met with us and prepared a very detailed comparison of the recent sales in our area.  She totally understood that we were "empty nesters", and not really wanting to down size, yet she took the time to politely answer all of our questions. Brenda suggested that if we wanted to keep an eye out for what was happening in the Condo Market in our preferred locations, she could send us the listings and if we were curious enough to want to see any of the units, to just let her know.

We expected that it would take years to find a suitable property.  But, to our complete amazement we found one within two months of beginning our "search"; and Brenda sold our home within one week.
