My daughter and her partner were looking for a condo in the North York and Markham areas.  As first time home buyers they were anxious to find a professional real estate agent that was knowledgeable of the real estate market and the rights they were eligible for being first time home buyers. They were also looking for a place that allowed two dogs. 

Brenda listened carefully to my daughter and what she was looking for in a condo. She provided many options and worked around our schedule. She was very generous with her time. 

One thing I believe sets her apart from other agents is her work ethic, perseverance and how much she truly cares about her clients. She worked long hours  trying to find condos that allowed two dogs. While we experienced difficulty with several buildings having a one dog policy, rather than giving up the search, she went right back to work to find other possible condos. Brenda wanted my daughter and her partner to not just select a condo, she wanted them to LOVE their condo and to be happy with their choice. As a mother that was very comforting.

The family now has a beautiful condo in the Markham area. My daughter, her partner and their dogs love the location and community. We could not have found this condo without Brenda’s help. I would highly recommend Brenda to anyone that is serious about buying a property and wants expert advice and quality service.

When my Mother passed away, I was faced with selling her house. I was also faced with finding homes for her 2 cats. Brenda was highly recommended by several friends and neighbors. We had one open house and my Mom's house was sold for top price within 2 days. She explained all the legal aspects of estate sales and probate and she looked after every little detail, including staging, and even helped with finding homes for the cats. Her photographer took superb pictures.

One month later, when my husband was forced into early retirement, we decided to sell our house, downsize and move out of the city, so we called on Brenda a second time. She gave us the same great service and got our house on the market right away.
After a few open house sessions we sold at very close to our asking price. She made it a lot easier than we thought it would be.

Brenda's Customer Service skills are superb. She is especailly knowledgeable with respect to downsizing and dealing with probate issues. Brenda was always prompt to answer all phone calls and emails and we found her to be very sensitive and caring during our trying times.
