When my Mother passed away, I was faced with selling her house. I was also faced with finding homes for her 2 cats. Brenda was highly recommended by several friends and neighbors. We had one open house and my Mom's house was sold for top price within 2 days. She explained all the legal aspects of estate sales and probate and she looked after every little detail, including staging, and even helped with finding homes for the cats. Her photographer took superb pictures.

One month later, when my husband was forced into early retirement, we decided to sell our house, downsize and move out of the city, so we called on Brenda a second time. She gave us the same great service and got our house on the market right away.
After a few open house sessions we sold at very close to our asking price. She made it a lot easier than we thought it would be.

Brenda's Customer Service skills are superb. She is especailly knowledgeable with respect to downsizing and dealing with probate issues. Brenda was always prompt to answer all phone calls and emails and we found her to be very sensitive and caring during our trying times.

We would highly recommend Brenda to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent. We now consider her a friend that we can call on anytime.

My girlfriend and I have moved from Ukraine to Toronto. We didn’t have a credit score and enough references in Canada so it was very hard to find an apartment. When you become a house owner, you often find promotional material in your mailbox and you think to yourself: how will I ever trust someone to sell my home? I found myself traveling and far from home when we made a decision to sell our home. My son recommended his former classmate, Kitty Chan, who grew up in our neighborhood. I met Kitty when she was 12 and I have not seen her or spoken to her since, but because my son trusted her, I decided that i should trust her too. At the end of November I used Kitty Chan who is part of the Brenda Grant Realty team to help me find a tenant to rent a house in Don Mills. She went beyond all my expectations. Brenda knew how to price the rental. Two days after it was listed she found a wonderful couple, did a thorough background check and completed all the paperwork. She was so professional and pleasant through the whole process. Brenda did a great job helping my daughter find a beautiful condo as well. I will definitely use her for all my future real estate needs
