When you become a house owner, you often find promotional material in your mailbox and you think to yourself: how will I ever trust someone to sell my home? I found myself traveling and far from home when we made a decision to sell our home. My son recommended his former classmate, Kitty Chan, who grew up in our neighborhood. I met Kitty when she was 12 and I have not seen her or spoken to her since, but because my son trusted her, I decided that i should trust her too. We embarked on a journey of selling my first home and I couldn't have been happier about my choice! We were away during the entire sale process and Kitty handled everything. And I mean EVERYTHING! From hiring the inspector; the tradespeople; to making recommendations for things to do, to making the house more marketable like scheduling the cleaning and staging. She did it all. And all along the way, she kept me informed about what was done and what was pending. And she also listened attentively to all my concerns and recommendations.
