    The High Park neighbourhood is for nature and community lovers. It offers one of the largest green spaces in Toronto – High Park. The park creates a sense of community and offers a great escape from our busy city; it’s a great place to jog, take the family for a picnic or take the dog for a walk. Bloor Street West, also known as Bloor West Village, in this area, sits on the north side of the park. If the park is the heart of High Park, Bloor West Village is its soul. Strolling people and strollers fill Bloor St. on warm spring and summer days. The local shops, fruit markets, book stores, restaurants and cafes make this a popular gathering place for families and friends.


    This area affords easy access to the QEW highway and many bus routes and street cars bring you to the centre of the city. Bike trails abound making it easy to get to work or just take a leisurely ride on the weekend.


    Most High Park homes are detached or semi-detached and have a very distinctive style with a lot of character. There are however a number of high-rise apartments that have been there for years and a number of newer condominium and townhouses being built. This area is home to families, singles and couples.
