The Annex

The desirable Annex neighbourhood is bordered by Avenue Rd., Bathurst St., Bloor St. and Summerhill and is within walking distance of “hospital row.” This centrally-located, affluent area is on the edge of popular Yorkville which is known for high-end shopping, upscale cafés and fine dining.

The streets of the Annex are filled with huge Victorian mansions and lined with mature trees. There are a few low- to high-rise apartments. Just south of the area is the University of Toronto with its numerous beautiful buildings and green spaces.
